Being Aware of thoughts, emotions, and finding the reasons and relationships outside, with situations and people, is Psychoanalysis, not Meditation. One must move to find inner reasons of Ego, Anger, Desire and even the root causes of them through Penetrative (Vi-Passana) Meditation. The achievement of Samadi (Jhāna ) enables deeper Penetration (Vi-Passana), thus gaining Wisdom to cut out the roots of defilements. Yogi Anurada
